Appointment Info
Please call the salon at (847) 526-6162 to schedule appointments. They are scheduled according to availability. If you need a certain day, time, or prefer a certain cosmetologist it is recommended that you schedule your appointment in advance. We allow walk-ins and will service you as soon as possible if there is availability. Feel free to call before walking in to check availability.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. First time clients may be asked to fill out simple forms with basic information should we need to contact you pertaining future appointments. The salon offers a coffee bar , vending machine, seating, wifi and many magazines to take advantage of before, during or after your services.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service, lessening the effectiveness, pleasure and enjoyment during your time at Vickie’s Personal Touch. As a courtesy to all clients, our treatments are completed as scheduled. If you are running late and there is not enough remaining time to complete your service effectively you may have to reschedule to a later date or time, or work with a different stylist/tech/therapist that is available. Cancellations of all services require a 24 hr notice. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated.
Vickie’s Personal Touch also offers Group Booking for bridal parties, special events, birthdays or just for friends who’d like to share a relaxing experience. You are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks with you. Please schedule your group booking well in advance so we can accommodate your needs and preferred days and times.
